The Sacramento CMISP is a program designed to meet the healthcare needs of residents of the County who are not otherwise eligible for healthcare programs such as Medi-Cal, Medicare, or private health insurance. This clinic is based on Sliding scale fees which are variable prices for products, services, or taxes based on a customer's ability to pay.
