To become a patient at Caridad Center, you must first complete the eligibility process.  Medical Care General Exams, School Physicals, Nutritional Programs, Prevention, Education & Treatment of Chronic Disease Program (PET), Ophthamology, Dermatology,Pediatrics, Chiropractics, Oncology, Podiatry, Gynecology, ENT and Minor SurgeryCaridad Center provides comprehensive health services to UNINSURED children and adults who live in Palm Beach County and are at or below the 200% federal poverty level. Applicants must first go through the Registration/Eligibility Process before making an appointment at the Clinic.
