This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. The following dental services are provided at ALL locations:     Routine Dental Exams     Cleanings Fluoride Varnishes     Sealants     X-rays     Fillings     Oral surgery & extractions (with some exceptions)     Limited Root Canals     Crowns     Bridges     Partials & Complete dentures     Pediatric Dental Care Ages treated: All ages are welcome. Myrtle Hilliard Davis offers a sliding fee program to help reduce barriers to access to healthcare services for patients. The sliding fee scale applies to patients without health insurance who also do not qualify for Medicaid. The sliding fee scale is based on household size and the poverty guidelines.
