This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Eligibility:Services are available to all eligible agricultural workers and their immediate families.To qualify, an individual must give a majority (51%) of their labor to some form of agricultural work. Staff members are always available to help determine eligibility.Payment:Cost  is based on patient income, and sliding scale discounts are available.Services are provided to those eligible regardless of ability to pay.  They provide assistance with applications for Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance and other social service resources.Dental Services:?
