Dental Lifeline Network

Dental Lifeline Network is a national nonprofit organization that provides free dental care to individuals with disabilities, the elderly, and those who cannot afford dental treatment. They have a program called Donated Dental Services (DDS), which matches eligible patients with volunteer dentists who provide comprehensive dental treatment, including dental implants.
