Medicare Dental Implant Benefits
Does Medicare cover dental implants?
Unfortunately, original Medicare (Part A and Part B) does not cover dental implants. Medicare generally only covers dental procedures that are necessary for the health of your teeth and jaw, such as extractions and oral surgeries related to another covered medical condition. Dental implants are considered a cosmetic procedure and are not covered by Medicare.
