This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. (ACORN) Clinic provides low-cost dental care to low-income families and qualifying residents living in rural north central Florida. This is a not-for-profit 501 (c)(3) organization. Services at this facility include the following: Cleanings and exams for adults and children, Pediatric dentistry, Extractions, fillings, crowns, Complete and partial denture, Limited Endodontics, and Outreach education to children in local schools and HeadStart centers.
