Eligibility Specialist as well as Expanded Primary Health Care Promotoras are available to assist patient without insurance. Patients are encouraged to bring 30 days proof of income and the list of family’s members in their household to determine the programs they may qualify for. Also accepts other insurance and discount plans, including Medicaid, Medicare, CHIP, and CareLink. CentroMed offers dental care services to children and families.
