GFHS’ core services include primary medical, behavioral health and dental care to children and adults at several practices across Catawba, Davidson, Gaston, Iredell and Lincoln counties.Dental services for adults and children are offered at 5 practices, and include exams, extractions, first time infant exams, fillings, fluoride varnish, primary crowns, routine cleaning and sealants.Sliding Scale:GFHS is dedicated to providing dental/ health care, to all members of the community regardless of ability to pay through the regular publication of a sliding fee scale. Discounts reflect the patient’s obligation based on family household income in relation to the Federal Poverty Guidelines, published annually. They annually revises and re-issues its sliding scale to reflect changes in the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Work Hour Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 6:00pm Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
