      Fees: Free Languages Spoken: English/Spanish Service Hours: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday Description: Healthy start, primary care and dental care.   Children's Dental Care of Highlands has three site locations serving the dental needs of children 6 months to 20 years of age. The facilities are located within the Health Department at Avon Park, Sebring and Lake Placid.   The Dental Centers all provide a variety of preventive and restorative services which include: Examinations Cleaning and X-Rays Simple extractions (only baby teeth) Fillings Sealants Eligibility for treatment is based upon income emergency treatment Our target populations are families who are Medicaid eligible and those families without insurance. All patients must go through eligibility before being seen for treatment. Uninsured patients may be eligible for treatment as well. The eligibility office is located at each of the three locations.
