There are a limited number of applications given out each month, so we encourage our potential patients to arrive early in order to ensure the best possibility of obtaining an application. Please call one of our Patient Care Coordinators at 615-329-4790 (Nashville office) or 615-225-4141 (Murfreesboro office) to find out when we are having our next Application Day. They will also remain available throughout the day to answer any questions you may have. We are here to help!Emergency ProgramIf you believe you have an emergency dental need and have not already called our office, please do so as we do not accept walk-ins. We have emergency appointments available each day on a first-come, first-served basis.When you arrive for your emergency appointment, you will fill out a basic registration form and be seen by one of our doctors.Comprehensive New Patient AppointmentWe want your first new patient appointment with us to be a great start to your smile journey. Here is what to expect at your first visit:Greeting by our team members    We are excited that you have chosen to make your dental health a priority, and we are happy to be a part of your tooth transformation.    Review of medical and dental history and discussion of concerns and goals    We want to hear your story! How has your dental health affected your family, employment, and self-esteem? What do you want your smile to represent after completing our program? We will listen to your concerns so we are able to personalize your treatment to fit our mutual goals.    X-rays and treatment plan    All of our comprehensive patients receive full diagnostic x-rays that are reviewed by our doctors. We will then complete a comprehensive intra-oral and extra-oral exam, as well as an oral cancer screening. After reviewing your dental needs with you, we will design and complete a treatment plan based upon our mutual restorative goals in order to ensure a successful, healthy smile and program completion.    Appointment length for our new patients    Comprehensive Exam and Phase 1 Plan (fillings, cleanings, extractions): 1.5 hours    Comprehensive Exam and Phase 2 Plan (crowns, root canals, partials): 2 hours
