This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Other Services offered: - Preventive dental services such as cleanings, sealants, and oral health education - Restorative dental services such as fillings, extractions, and root canals - Emergency dental services Katy Trail Community Health accepts Medicaid, Medicare, most health insurances and if you don’t have insurance they offer a discount program for those who qualify. Hours: Monday - Thursday: 7:00am - 6:00pm. Friday: 7:00am - 5:00pm.
