      This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. A wide range of primary dental care for adults and children. Services include:  Preventive exams and cleanings  Fillings  Limited root canals  Dentures  Extractions The discounts are based on family income and composition, as per federal guidelines. In order to determine if you qualify for a discount, you will be asked to provide information about family size, income, and financial resources.   Monday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.  Tuesday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.  1st and 5th Wednesday of the month, 10:00 am - 5:00 pm.  2nd, 3rd and 4th Wednesday of the month, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.  Thursday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.  Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Closed for lunch 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm.  Saturday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Closed for lunch 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm.  Sunday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Closed for lunch 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm.
