      All clients must have a current Marion County Health Department clinic card and be at or below 125% federal poverty level (FPL). The Clinic treats children for comprehensive dental care who are ages 0 to 17 years and have Medicaid/Medipass/CMS. Children seen in the Marion County Health Department child health clinics or Clinic on Wheels are also eligible. Children ages 0-17 without Medicaid/Medipass/CMS and with a different medical provider than the health department are eligible for emergency treatment only. Adults over the age of 17 who are seen regularly for medical treatment at the Marion County Health Department primary care clinics are eligible for a referral to the dental clinic to have a painful/infected tooth extracted. The referral is sent by the medical provider to the dental clinic and a letter is sent as to when the client can call to schedule their appointment. Pregnant clients seen in Marion County Health Department maternity clinic are eligible to receive a dental cleaning. Clients with documented developmental disability are eligible for limited treatment such as cleanings and filling as their condition allows. Services Comprehensive Dental services for children, ages 0 - 17 Comprehensive services include exams, x-rays, cleanings, fluoride treatments, extractions, fillings , limited endodontic treatment, dentures and partial dentures Emergency treatment Eligibility: Medicaid/Medipass/CMS Non-Medicaid up to 125% of poverty level Prescreening Forms Fees: Medicaid/ Medipass/ CMS billed. Sliding fee scale. Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, lunch 12-1 pm. Monday night clinic 5:30-9 pm 2nd and 4th Monday nights. Appointments required.
